Phase 1 - We receive construction projects. We select those that are most likely to succeed in being funded. We prepare and format them to be presented to a mortgage banker (MB).

Phase 2 - The mortgage banker approves the project and the financial structure proposed. We, together with the MB and other consultants, start structuring the loan package to be securitized and placed in the market for funding.

Phase 3 - Once collected the funding we pass it to the project by mean of an appropriate structure which enables a single entity to hold any responsibility, liability, guarantee and benefit.

Our Business Focus

IRMF Corp. is a brokerage and consultancy company specialized in providing financing for residential and commercial construction projects in emerging countries.

Our company is interested in receiving projects seeking financing and able to fulfil the standard conditions described in the How We Work section.

We work with projects requiring a minimum of USD 2 millions in financing. This due to the heavy structuring costs and to a number of other practical reasons.

We exclusively work with projects coming from emerging countries. We do not operate with clients coming from North America, EEC or other developed economies.
